Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you buy or download Propel, and when you use thepropel.co. The Propel Licence sets out what you may do with what you buy. These terms cover the purchase itself.

1. Who you are buying from

Propel is made by Propel, a business based in India.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments as reseller and merchant of record. It takes the payment, issues your invoice and handles sales tax, VAT and GST. Its own terms also apply to the payment.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are listed in US dollars. Taxes are added at checkout where they apply, based on your location.
• Licences are a one-time payment unless a product page says otherwise.
• We may change prices for future purchases. Price changes never affect an order you have already paid for.
• Launch or waitlist discounts apply only for the period and to the people stated in the offer.

3. Delivery

After payment, Dodo Payments emails you the following within a few minutes:

• Figma kit: a link to duplicate the Propel Figma file into your own Figma account.
• Download files for your tier:
• Skill pack: all tiers.
• Token package: all paid tiers.
• React package, Code Connect files and the Propel Code plugin: Design + Code and Team / Agency only.

Updates covered by your licence go to the email used at purchase. Keep that address current by writing to hello@thepropel.co.

What you need. The kit uses Figma variables with several modes. Figma's free plan limits modes per collection, so some mode switching needs a paid Figma plan.

The add-ons also have their own requirements:

• Propel Code needs Figma Dev Mode.
• Code Connect needs a Figma Organization or Enterprise plan.
• The skill pack is written and tested for Claude with the Figma connector.

Please check these before you buy. The free sample is there for that.

4. Upgrades and seats

• You can upgrade to a higher tier at any time by paying the difference between the two current prices.
• Extra seats can be added at the current per-seat price.
• Seats belong to named people and cannot be shared, as set out in the Licence.

5. Refunds

Because the Product is digital and delivered right away, all sales are final, except in these cases:

• Within 14 days of purchase, we refund in full if the Product does not work as described on thepropel.co and we cannot fix it within 5 business days of your report.
• Duplicate purchases or the wrong tier, reported within 14 days, are refunded or switched.
• Where consumer law gives you a right to cancel or to a refund, that right applies and these terms do not limit it.

To ask for a refund, write to hello@thepropel.co with your order number. A refunded licence ends on the date of the refund, and you must delete the files.

Opening a chargeback without first contacting us may lead us to end the licence.

6. Support

• Support covers installing the kit, using its variables and modes, the skill pack, and bugs in the Product.
• We reply by email at hello@thepropel.co within 2 business days.
• Support doesn't cover designing or building your product, or problems caused by Figma, AI tools or third-party software.

7. Using thepropel.co

• Don't misuse the site: no attacking or overloading it, and no scraping the Product from it.
• Content and screenshots on the site belong to us or to the owners named.
• The live demos are illustrations. They are not a copy of the Product you can use.
• Waitlist. Joining the waitlist means we may email you about Propel's launch and pricing. Every email has an unsubscribe link. See the Privacy Policy.

8. Liability

The warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability in the Propel Licence also apply to your purchase.

9. Changes and law

• We may update these terms for future purchases. We will post the date of each change on this page.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India.
• If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live.
